Through the years, the Titan Baseball Alumni community has been instrumental with ongoing support on many levels. We are very proud of our former players and their legacy.

The Titan Alumni Baseball Association is a support entity of University High School Baseball. It's aims are to keep Alumni informed of Titan Baseball news, special projects and to resurrect the annual Alumni Baseball Classic.

It is our hope that former Titans, wherever they may be, will feel they are an integral part of our current program and a very important historical entity of the proud tradition that is Titan Baseball!

Alumni Game a Smashing Success!

What a great return to the Titan Alumni Classic! So much thanks goes out to Bill Towey (graduate of 1985) for organizing, communicating and orchestrating a wonderful event. The comments were all positive.

35 Alumni showed up including Dan Iyall, U-High's very first Varsity Baseball Coach (1963-1978) and coach of this year's Gold team. Coach Ressa (1979-2006) was also on hand to coach the Crimson team. Coach Iyall took coach Ressa's team to the woodshed and won the battle as the Gold squad pounded out an 11-4 win in front of dozens of family and friends.

Team captain, Bill Towey of the Crimson squad apparently made some mistakes as the General Manager when attempting to stack his team as the Gold team erupted for 3 first inning runs and never looked back.

We also want to thank all the players who risked life and limb (some quite literally) to join us for what we hope will be an annual event for many years to come! Also, a thank you goes out to Ken VanSickle (class of 78') for the comedic commentary as voice of the Titans.
