The mission at the A-1 level is to field a competitive team and develop players for the next level of competition. This team is made up of players 16 years old and younger who have completed their freshman or sophomore season. The team usually keeps 16 players and plays about 30 games.

Playing time is based upon merit. However, our goal is to provide meaningful playing time for all in order to build skills. The goal for our players is to learn the importance of teamwork, discipline, leadership and sportsmanship.  We also strive to offer players an opportunity to develop baseball skills, leadership qualities and to have fun in a competitive environment.
